When you finish

A working company workspace with your services, first booking and first cleaner ready.

Part 1

Create and verify your account

Open Start free trial
Enter your company name, your name, work email and a password of at least 12 characters.

Open the verification email
Select Verify email in the message from EcoBroom AI. If it is not in your inbox, check Spam or Junk.
Keep the EcoBroom AI tab open while you check your email.

Sign in as a business owner
Return to the owner sign-in page and use the email and password you just created.

Part 2

The setup bar shows your progress. You can go back, and optional steps can be finished later.

Company
Add the business address, phone number and the cleaning work you provide. Select Save & continue, then Next.

Branding
Upload your logo and choose your brand colour. This is optional and can be changed in Settings.

Services
Tick every service you sell. Customers see these choices on your booking form.

Calendar
Connect Google Calendar if the option is shown, or select Skip for now.

WhatsApp
Connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, or skip it and connect from Settings later.

First booking
Add a real job so the dashboard is immediately useful, or skip if you are only exploring.

Team
Add a cleaner with their rate and working details so you can assign them to jobs.

Done
Check the summary and select Go to dashboard.
