When you finish

Bookings, team, quality, customer messages and money are being managed in one place.

Part 1

Days 1 and 2 — set the foundations

  1. 1

    Finish company setup

Check your phone, address, logo and services in Settings.

    Open Settings
  2. 2

    Copy your booking link

Open Settings and copy the customer booking link. Send it to yourself first so you know what customers see.

  3. 3

    Add your cleaners

Create one employee record per cleaner, including their hourly rate and availability.

    Open Employees

Part 2

Days 3 to 5 — run one complete job

  1. 1

    Create or approve a booking

Use a real upcoming job. Check its service, time, address, price and payment status.

  2. 2

    Assign the cleaner

Open the booking and choose the cleaner. You can also ask Mia, then approve her proposed assignment.

  3. 3

    Complete a quality review

Take matching before and after photos for at least one area, score them, review the result and approve it yourself.

  4. 4

    Record hours and pay

After the job, open the cleaner and record the hours, gross pay status and payment reference.

Part 3

End of week — check the business

  1. 1

    Ask Mia for a summary

Try: “Give me this week's booking, payment and quality summary.”

    Ask Mia
  2. 2

    Check outstanding money

Open Finance and Invoices. Follow up anything overdue; EcoBroom AI does not move money for you.

  3. 3

    Check next week

Open Calendar and confirm every job has the right time and cleaner.
