Data deletion

Email support@ecobroomai.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. Tell us whether you want an export of your data first.

We will confirm within one month. We delete your account and your workspace data, including customers, bookings, photos, WhatsApp conversations and Mia conversations, 30 days after your account closes, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, which we keep for six years. Backups are overwritten on our providers’ normal cycle.

If you connected a WhatsApp Business number to EcoBroom AI:

• remove our app's access to your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Manager. We then stop receiving your messages;
• then email support@ecobroomai.com to ask us to delete the WhatsApp conversations and account identifiers we hold. We will do so within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a business on WhatsApp and that business uses EcoBroom AI, the business controls your conversation. Ask the business to delete it. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the business and help it respond.

Remove our access in your Google account permissions. This stops calendar sync straight away. Events we created stay in your calendar until you delete them there.

To delete your Google profile details and the tokens we hold, email support@ecobroomai.com or close your account as above.

AI quote generator: we do not store the message, photos or estimate, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Letterhead details you typed are in your browser only; clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove them.

Quality review demo: email support@ecobroomai.com with the email address you used, and we will delete your details and report.
