Private by organization

A company admin—not a shared admin.

The signed-in owner's organization is carried through every admin request. Backend queries and mutations are scoped to that organization, and new operational records are stamped into the same workspace.

Public booking and recruitment links resolve a company slug on the server before anything is stored. Invalid or inactive organizations fail closed rather than falling into a shared queue.

Scoped reads and writes

Listings, detail views, updates, deletes and financial aggregates use the active organization.

Who is EcoBroom AI for?

It is built for cleaning-company owners who are coordinating customers, recurring work, cleaners, pay, recruitment and quality across separate tools or message threads.

Does my company get its own admin panel?

Yes. Signup creates a private organization workspace. Operational records and AI trial reporting are scoped to that organization, and another company owner cannot read or change them.

What can I manage during the trial?

The owner workspace includes bookings, quotes and leads, recurring plans, employees and job pay, finance, recruitment, quality review, company branding and tenant-specific intake links.

Can customers and cleaner applicants submit directly to my workspace?

Yes. Your settings page gives you a company booking link and a cleaner application link. Submissions through those links are routed only to your organization.

Does AI automatically approve a cleaner's work?

No. AI supports the owner's review of visible photo evidence. The owner remains responsible for context, decisions and any follow-up with the cleaner or customer.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The current owner pilot includes a 30-day trial of the full workspace without a payment card.

What happens after the trial?

After your 30-day trial, you can choose a paid plan starting from £50/month (Core) with 5 cleaners included, or continue to use the limited free tier. You can cancel anytime. Full pricing and plan details will be available in your workspace settings during the trial.
