When you finish

Every request has a clear next action, assigned cleaner, job status and separate payment status.

Part 1

Choose the right way to start

  1. 1

    Customer booking form

For a new online enquiry, share your company booking link from Settings. The customer chooses a service and adds their details.

  2. 2

    Manual booking

For a phone call or an agreed job, open Bookings and select Add booking. Enter the real price and any payment already received.

    Open Bookings
  3. 3

    AI Quote Generator

Paste the customer's message or add up to five photos, choose the clean and your hourly rate, then generate the quote, check it, download the PDF or send a summary by WhatsApp or email.

    Open the AI Quote Generator

Part 2

Check and run the booking

  1. 1

    Check the facts

Confirm the customer's name, address, service, date, time, price and notes. Never rely on a photo for a room that was not shown.

  2. 2

    Confirm the job

Move a genuine request forward only after the details and price are agreed.

  3. 3

    Assign cleaner

Open Cleaner assignment and choose the team member or members doing the work.

  4. 4

    Update payment

Mark the payment as unpaid, pending, paid or refunded and keep any reference with the booking.

  5. 5

    Complete the work

Mark the booking completed after the clean is finished. Then add the quality evidence.

Before you finish

  • Customer and address checked
  • Service and scope agreed
  • Price confirmed
  • Cleaner assigned
  • Payment status correct
  • Job status correct
