When you finish
The before and after photos match closely enough for a fair review.
Part 1
Before the clean
- 1
Choose the area
Read the checklist on the screen. Make sure the whole area and the important surfaces are visible.
- 2
Stand in a clear position
Keep the phone upright, steady and at chest height. Do not use zoom.
- 3
Take the before photo
Include the floor and main surfaces. Use a close-up only when the guide asks for one.
Part 2
After the clean
- 1
Return to the same spot
Match the before photo's position, direction and distance.
- 2
Use similar light
Turn on the same lights and avoid a dark or strongly backlit photo.
- 3
Check before saving
Make sure the image is sharp and nothing blocks the cleaned area. Retake it immediately if needed.
- 4
Tell the owner about anything unfinished
Do not hide a problem. A clear note and honest photo make follow-up much easier.
Before you finish
